This event took place in 2015, but the page has remained on the WWW (WorldWideWeb). Recently a local Girl Scout Troop have been investigating Ham Radio and came upon this page. Davidstow Air Field Radios on the Air - The call sign for the event will be GB0DSA - Come and see what goes on
Also Devon and Cornwall Repeater Group
We would like to come down on Friday the 10th PM to set up, and spend Friday night and Saturday night on site if possible please. We would like to bring a Max of 6 Motorhomes/caravans, less if you feel this is too many.
We would like you to advertise you have an active radio station on site for that weekend, and any of your visitors that are interested we would inform them what Amateur Radio as a hobby is, etc. On our web page and when we get the event call sign, we will put all your details on QRZ.com for all who contact the station can read about your facility and possibly get you some visitors over the summer months.
